1200 Square Feet Double Floor Contemporary Home Design
It is a 1200 square feet house built in 4 cents land at Chottanikkara. Completed in 2017. This is a 3 bedroom house all with attached bathroom, separate dressing room and balconies. Tried to stick on to the very limited budget my client had and finished it in a very simple yet elegant way yet following all aspects of Vastu. This house though a budget home, got all the amenities an ultra luxury villa have like patio, balconies etc. As far as the design goes, we approached a contemporary, minimalist design to reduce cost. Even though the house looks as if there are no windows/openings from the front view, once you enter the house, it’s a totally different story. Rooms are all well lighted with huge openings everywhere which helps reduce electricity consumption.
According to the designer, the renovated design is well specified with the latest interior home designs which are mostly applied over the living and dining rooms to enrich the look of the beauty of the home design and also over the spacious kitchen which almost provide the entire home design more impressive. Describing the newly designed 1200 square feet home, we can say that the home is too cost friendly which can be beard by middle class peoples.
As per the aspect of the designer, the design is estimated to be constructed in a contemporary style which includes all the works of the home and none of any works will be remained yet to be finished. One of the major factor of this new renovated home design is that the interior designs are made perfect for the family and every rooms are created with inbuilt shelves.
